In the project team, you will participate in the configuration and change management for marine and special shipbuilding projects (identification, change control, configuration auditing and booking). You define and monitor the project-specific configuration structure. You identify document types and specific documents that describe a configuration unit. You support the creation of the project baseline (e.g. acquisition of the design stand). Your tasks include creating and consolidating project-specific configuration reports as well as performing change management and testing actual and target configuration. You are responsible for setting up and monitoring KM interfaces, including subcontractors, customers and shipyards. Working with functional and physical configuration audits completes your task.
You have successfully completed your studies in economic engineering, in business informatics or in a comparable subject. You already have practical experience in configuration management and have sound knowledge of common configuration methods and tools. You can safely master the MS Office package and have good knowledge in SAP, Siemens Teamcenter and IBM JAZZ. You convince by a proactive, professional and cooperative appearance, enjoy teamwork and have very good communication skills in German and English. Knowledge of relevant DIN standards in configuration management (e.g. DIN EN ISO 10007) is desirable. Experience in handling quality assurance processes (AQP) and familiarity with military standards and requirements (e.g. MIL-STD, VG standards, etc.) are advantageous.
