You plan and control our delivery and pick-up tours in local transport and ensure a smooth daily routine. You coordinate vehicles, drivers (m/w/d) and transport companies and react flexibly to short-term changes. In your disposition, you will take into account customer requirements, legal requirements and economic vehicle utilisation. You ensure a high delivery quality and timeliness and keep the costs in mind. As a competent contact person, you are in close contact with driving personnel, transport companies, customers and internal interfaces. With ideas you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and transport quality.

You have a commercial training, ideally as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification. Experience in local transport disposition, preferably in a piece goods network, is advantageous. You know the relevant driving times and have good traffic geographic knowledge in the Bremen/Oldenburg region. You are familiar with transport management systems (TMS) and MS Office and are ready to work quickly. You communicate clearly, bindingly and solution-oriented - even in challenging situations. Organizational talent, decision-making and sense of responsibility. You like to work in the team, act independently and consistently implement agreed goals.
