Development and implementation of sourcing and product group strategies in the field of IT & Indirects (software, hardware, IT services) Responsible implementation and control of tenders and award processes Leading price and contract negotiations incl. Completion of framework contracts Establishment, evaluation and further development of a supplier portfolio and implementation of cost analyses and benchmarks Commercial management of IT procurement projects and take over commercial responsibility for costs, contracts and risks Close partnership with IT to define technical requirements and to assess appropriate solutions Active role at the interface between IT and Purchasing with the aim of converting technical requirements into economic and contractual solutions Coordination with other departments to ensure a holistic and efficient procurement process Further development of procurement processes in the field of IT & Indirects as well as participation in transnational initiatives (e.g. digitalization and standardization)

Completed studies (e.g. BWL, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in strategic purchasing or IT-procurement in the indirect environment Knowledge in the IT environment (e.g. SaaS, Cloud, Enterprise Agreements, Mircosoft) Experience in contract negotiations and in supplier management Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into economically viable solutions Embossed communication strength and safe occurrence at the interface between IT, purchasing and other specialist areas Experience in cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams Analytical thinkability and a structured and independent way of working Proactive, solution-oriented approach and enforcement strength
