During practical training, you will get to know our core business and our products, go through the various areas of our company, work with and/or take over project tasks in the daily business. This gives you extensive knowledge of insurance. You will learn to maintain customers qualified, to inform them about the insurance-related performance, to analyze the risk, to submit offers, to complete contracts and contract changes, and to process data properly. At the same time, you will visit the vocational school and will be prepared as best as possible for professional use by over-company teaching. Special exam preparation courses equip you optimally for the final exam.

You have completed your middle educational path or your (special)high school with good results. You're curious, have fun communicating with others and are looking forward to learning and continuously developing yourself. It is helpful if you already have first experience in the MS Office applications and are interested in commercial, insurance and digitalization topics.
