Insurance salesman for claims processing - focus on transport insurance (m/f/d)

You take over the independent processing of transport damage - from the receipt of the damage report to the coverage check to the final regulation. You are responsible for the professional accompaniment of more complex transport damage cases, using clearly defined decision-making powers. You bring the communication with brokers: women, insurance companies and claimants: both ahead and tune cover questions and solutions directly with them. You apply insurance conditions, international regulations and relevant legal principles in the field of transport insurance safely. You actively shape special technical topics and projects for the further development of the damage processes and participate in the knowledge exchange in the transport damage team. In structured, digital processes, you can handle high-quality, efficient and transparently documented processing of your damages.

Education: You have a completed training as a merchant/buyer for insurance and finance, insurance businessman/wife or a degree in insurance, business law, transport and logistics management or business law, and you are qualified for the role as an insurance businessman (m/w/d) for damage management with a focus on transport insurance. Professional experience: You already have experience in the handling of damages or in the claim handling, ideally in transport insurance or in other parts with transport interfaces, and use current and MS Office safely. Strength of decision: You act as a damages officer: in informed, pragmatic decisions, take responsibility for your cases and want to grow into the processing of large-scale transport damage step by step. Legal competence: You can apply legal foundations, insurance conditions and international rules and, in the transport damage regulation, are understandable for customers: inside. Customer orientation: You communicate as a damage specialist:in clear, service-oriented and solution-focused with insurance companies, brokers:inside - also in situations with different interests. Analytical ability: You evaluate damages structured, recognize the essential facts and risks and can prepare them for further processing of transport damage. Team orientation: You work as Claims Manager or Damage officers:joy in the team, share your knowledge and actively contribute to the professional exchange to develop processes and quality together.
