Your challenge: Implementation and promotion of Lean philosophy and application of relevant methods and tools at the Marklkofen site Management of projects in cooperation with global teams using systematic methods, in particular Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and REFA Planning and implementation of lean training, workshops, projects and audits to optimize the value chain, reduce throughput times and improve the work organisation Support for production areas in the development of the Lean Roadmap for Value Flow Accompanying the production areas in implementing the digital roadmap Analysis and design of work processes and reduction of setup times

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed technical studies or vocational training with qualified training to the technician, ideally with additional qualification in Lean Management and REFA basic knowledge Professional experience: At least three years of professional experience in production as well as experience in the management and successful implementation of lean projects Expertise: Experience in performing trainings and workshops Experience in planning, implementation and economic evaluation of projects Practical knowledge in the application of Lean and Six-Sigma methods User knowledge in SAP (especially SAP / SAP ME), MS Office and ideally Power BI Advantageous knowledge of REFA/MTM methods for working and time design Experience in implementing digitization projects desirable
