As Head of Private Banking, you take responsibility for a central business unit with around 30 employees, three regional executives and the in-house asset management. It is important to develop the private banking of Sparkasse Holstein strategically, culturally and commercially objectively and to establish it as a leading provider in the region. Your field of action: Design width in the core business field Building a strong, market-oriented private banking with clear target group focus Development of a stringent market management concept with 360-degree customer support Guidance, development and synchronization of all assigned units Implementation of the manufactory idea with tailor-made advice for customers from 500 T€ Expansion of the interconnection with the business units Corporate customers/ Mittelstand and professional real estate customers and development of private asset potentials of entrepreneurs Cultural leadership and high-quality personnel development – team building, communication, attitude Personal responsibility for one of the three business regions
