Field of activity

The function of pension adjustment is the controlling and coordinating interface for the correct, regular pension adjustment, from a technical and IT perspective.

Your tasks

• Observing the personnel and expertise of a team
• Responsible leadership and active design of the task area
• Technically coordinating activities for the IT procedures for pension adjustment and promotions as well as other IT procedures
• Support in the implementation and follow-up of developments in IT processes and digitization processes
• Representation of the DRV Confederation or the area in national and international, internal as well as external working/expert groups
• Responsible for meetings, information events and training
• Management of and cooperation in bodies and projects
• Active use of the management instruments of personnel development and BGM

Your profile

• Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor or Diplom FH) in the field of administrative or social security law or Management or business informatics with multiannual job-relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification (e.g. social security professional*in) with multiannual job-relevant professional experience or a successfully completed vocational training as a social security or administrative specialist with long-term tasks-relevant Professional experience
• First experience in the professional management of teams or project teams
• First experience and knowledge in coordinating and controlling workflows and monitoring work outcomes
• Current experiences with IT applications for controlling and monitoring data transfers
• Ideally methodological knowledge of personnel development and management
• A secure communicative appearance, pronounced customer orientation and control capability as well as independent work complete their profile
