Account Manager (m/w/d) Gevelsberg | unlimited | Full time (38 hours/week)

There you are the central contact person for all questions of pay billing and take over an advisory and executive function. Staff advice: You advise employees and executives in tax and social law and in labour-time and travel-cost-law issues and help them as competent contact persons. Implementation of the pay bill: You are co-responsible for the implementation of the pay bill and the annual accounts, including pre- and post-processing. SAP expertise: Ideally you already have knowledge in SAP H4S4 or HCM in components PA, PY, PT and OM. If not, we will develop you as a SAP Payroll Specialist (m/w/d). Accounting-relevant tasks: You process all billing-relevant tasks and the associated master data management within the scope of the entry, transfer and exit processes and ensure a smooth operation in compliance with our internal operating arrangements and collective agreements. Contact person for external partners: You are the main contact personin for external partners such as health insurance companies, social security institutions, authorities as well as business and auditors. Reporting and certification: You process social insurance and tax reporting and certification and ensure that all relevant information is provided in a timely and correct manner. Statistics and analyses: You regularly create statistics, analyses and evaluations to continuously improve the processes.

Qualification: You have completed your studies with a focus on personnel, business management, business informatics or comparable commercial training, possibly with relevant training qualifications. MS Office knowledge: You are routined in handling the MS Office products and can safely apply them. Communication capability: You possess excellent interpersonal and communicative skills as well as pronounced quality and service orientation. Self-employed and structured working with a flaw for numbers. Teamability and flexibility: You bring strong team skills and flexibility.
