At the next time, we will look for you as a specialist: in the Backoffice workshop (w/m/d) for the DB Regio Bus Mitte GmbH at the Speyer site. Your tasks:

• You are responsible for creating requirements for spare parts and services
• You will also process SAP ISI assignments, initial invoices and address the supplier:inside
• In addition, you ask for a smooth termination of the warranty processing and its booking in SAP
• In addition, the audit and quality control of goods receipts is one of your tasks
• In addition, you take over the organization of the timely examination of the workshop infrastructure (including UVV and DGUV/3) in the workshop planner tool

Your profile:

• You have a completed professional training and ideally bring relevant professional experience in work in the back office or in the administrative field with
