Head of Billing WEG and Rental Administration (m/f/d)

In the course of a replacement, we are looking for a management personality for the accounting department in the exclusive mandate. You take responsibility for an existing team, actively introduce your ideas and further digitize the billing processes. Ideally, you already have experience with the RELion program. · Responsibility for the accounting department of a renowned real estate management company · Leadership and further development of the existing accounting team · Operational accounting of an own inventory with the RELion system · Creation of operating and auxiliary cost accounting for housing and commercial rents · Compilation of annual accounts for WEG's and audit of economic plans · Positive driver of change processes, contact for customers and partner companies as well as corresponding reporting to the management

· Complete commercial training, preferably in the real estate sector or a comparable qualification · Multiannual experience in the production of operational, secondary and WEG accounting · Experience in handling the settlement system RELion or MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or alternative Navision · Excellent IT affinity and a good understanding of processes and their further development · First leadership experience is of advantage, but no need – decisive is a leadership personality with positive mindset and desire to change
