As a consultant process mining, you are principally responsible for the analysis of business processes using process mining tools to identify optimization potentials. You make bottlenecks and deviations transparent and prepare them. In addition, you create and maintain data models and bring together various data sources to support a complete process presentation and continuous improvements. You are responsible for the technical integration of data into the process mining platform, including extraction, transformation and loading. You make sure that the data sources are continuously checked for their topicality, integrity and security. To create a valid basis for meaningful process analysis, you ensure efficient and sustainable data integration by automated data pipelines. You participate in the development of data-based optimization concepts and the implementation of simulations and the design of target processes and, in close cooperation with the IT department, accompany the technical implementation of appropriate optimization measures. Through dashboards and reporting functions, you will develop progress reports and visualize process optimizations to enable the follow-up of results and progress. Proactively, you are driving forward the technical development of the process mining platform, including the construction of new data pipelines and the integration of innovative analysis tools. As a rule, you can evaluate the new technologies for integration into the flat form in terms of their functionality and performance. The implementation of workshops and training to enable employees to handle process mining technologies, complete your task.

You bring a completed master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification. You already have several years of professional experience in the implementation of process mining projects. In addition, you have already gained considerable experience in the areas of project management, stakeholders:internal management and change management. You have know-how about methods and tools for process analysis, optimization, and ‐monitoring / ‐controlling as well as knowledge in SQL. You are characterized by your structured and process-oriented work and your conceptual skills. You like to go to the ground. You have a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility, so that the meeting of balanced decisions is not difficult. You will be able to deal with competing expectations and needs in an appreciation and solution-oriented manner.
