Project Manager (all gender) Hotel Technology & Maintenance

Planning and implementation of maintenance, repair and rebuilding projects with regard to the technical equipment in the hotel area of the TUI Cruises fleet during the ongoing guest operation and in the Dry Dock Management of technical projects, among others, in the fields of floor construction, roof and ceiling constructions, window construction, kitchen engineering, pipework and insulation including appointment coordination and risk management Decisions on products and services and constructions Direct cooperation with Project Managers Hotel Interiors within the Hotel Refurbishment department Project-related purchasing and negotiations with suppliers as well as close coordination with the purchasing department in the procurement of spare parts and consumables Approval planning with class authorities and the flag State Budget planning and responsibility Regulation of warranty claims with the (new building) shipyard Inspections on ships to ensure the quality standards of TUI Cruises

Complete technical studies in the fields of shipbuilding, architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable technical courses As an alternative, completed training in a technical field such as e.g. ship mechanics or technicians in the field of ship and mechanical engineering supplements with relevant further training Multiannual professional experience in ship technology or in the maintenance and modernization of the hotel area, preferably in a shipping company or shipyard Experience in managing technical projects in the maritime environment Knowledge of national and international safety regulations Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and action as well as above-average organisational capacity Team skills and curiosity on daily new challenges shape your working style readiness to travel Safe handling of popular MS Office products as well as good CAD knowledge English and German language skills in word and writing
