At the next time, we are looking for a:n within the ''IT solution design & application management' department of NEW AG at our location in Mönchengladbach IT Salesforce Architect:in (m/w/d)

As a Salesforce service provider:in or Salesforce architect:in you are our:e expert:in for complex and deep technical questions in the Salesforce platform. You shape the Customer Experience / CRM architectures for our internal customers and take over the strategic consulting in the orientation and design of Salesforce based IT architecture solutions. In addition, you are also responsible for the design, implementation and implementation of salesforce platform integrations into the IT landscape as well as the design and implementation of DevOps processes and tools based on the latest technologiestacks (e.g. Salesforce DX, ...). The analysis of business processes, the assessment of scalability and performance of solutions in terms of critical data volumes as well as the optimization of algorithms, platform licensing, etc. are also your tasks. In the Salesforce ecosystem and beyond, you will test and analyze trends and drive the continuous development of Salesforce skills in IT and the NEW departments. Last but not least, you are implementing requirements in the Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud and Omnistudio.

A successfully completed study of economic informatics, computer science or comparable qualification is advantageous. Multiannual experience as a technical:r consultant, architect:in and/or developer:in salesforce projects you bring. In addition, you could gain several years of experience in the Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud and Omnistudio. You have a very good understanding of the Salesforce integration mechanisms, platform technologies and platform licensing. Analytical and conceptual skills complete your profile.
