Technician Building Pollutants (m/f/d)

You co-ordinate and carry out sampling of various environmental dies, in particular in the areas of asbestos, PCB and PAK, and participate in construction site inspections. Sample preparation and preparation as well as the removal of core drilling are your daily work. As part of renovation and rebuilding measures, you will accompany projects on site and support professional implementation. In the development of research concepts and investigation plans, you will participate in support and introduce your technical know-how. The documentation of measures, sampling and results, as well as the maintenance of project-relevant data and the support in the creation of an expert report. As part of the project team, you will participate in construction meetings and other voting appointments and work closely with colleagues, customers and other project participants.

Your technical background is based on training as an environmental technicianin, building material examinerin, geotechnical technicianin, mechanicin or a comparable technical or craft qualification. You are also welcome as a professional beginner*in and receive a structured incorporation into your new field of tasks. Technical understanding as well as interest in practical activities in the field stand out. The work on construction sites and in the direct project environment makes you happy. Organisational skills, communication strength and a self-responsible way of working support you in everyday work. Care, reliability and independence are your strengths. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level) is certainly used in the professional environment. Travel readiness and a class B driving licence complete your profile.
