The Kassenarzt Vereinigung Schleswig-Holstein represents the more than 6,100 contract physicians and contract psychotherapists of our federal state. It ensures the outpatient medical care, monitors the quality of applied medicine, closes contracts with the health insurance companies and provides the fee bill for doctors and psychotherapists.

At the closest possible time, we are looking for medical care for patients and the takeover of administrative tasks in the general medical practice in Neumünster for our vacancy employees who want to carry out an activity as a minor employee (minijob) with a range of up to 5 hours per week or part-time with a range of up to 15 hours per week.

The task area comprises in particular:

• Preliminary assessment of patients: initial anamnese and vision for prioritization
• Monitoring of diagnostic measures: assistance in carrying out investigations and diagnostics
• Medical assistance in medical examinations and treatments: preparation of the treatment room, providing medical materials, assistance in small associations / wound care *Protection of hygiene: monitoring and implementation of hygiene standards, especially in the treatment of emergency patients
• Documentation: electronic, professional documentation of billing data

To perform these tasks, you should provide the following conditions:

• completed vocational training from the medical field (medical specialist (m/w/d), health care and nursing (m/w/d), medical helper (m/w/d) emergency medical assistance (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification) and a multi-year professional experience
• desirable experience with medical emergencies
• good PC knowledge (practice management system)
• Sensitivity
• sovereign, empathic and friendly communication skills
• very good German knowledge, at least C1 level
• independent and reliable operation
• Ready to change services - Late service, weekends and holidays

In addition to these qualifications, you will be happy to work in the team and keep an overview in hectic situations. Practice management and administrative tasks are equally familiar to you.

Remuneration is effected by category 6 TV-L.
