Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the product management team as well as the establishment of a uniform product management methodology Total responsibility for the global product portfolio over the entire product lifecycle Development and implementation of the product and technology strategy incl. Roadmaps (3–5 years) in close coordination with management and in line with long-term corporate strategy Definition of product positioning, target markets and go-to-market concepts Planning and implementation of product launches, developments and terminations in cooperation with various interfaces (distribution, R&E, manufacturing, controlling, etc.) Strategic and economic management of the product portfolio (conversion development, profitability, market share)

Complete degree in engineering, economic engineering or comparable Multiannual, sound experience in strategic and operational product management (B2B) Detectional leadership experience in complex organisational structures Multiannual industry experience in fire protection, safety, building or system technology desirable Very good understanding of technical products, standards and approval requirements Designed business skills (e.g. creation of business cases, cost analysis, etc.) Strong communication and interface competence as well as analytical skills and a high quality and responsibility awareness
