Your tasks – from controlling to total banking control You bring in your existing controlling know-how and develop towards the overall bank control. Continuous monitoring of the overall bank’s risk situation and the risk-bearing capacity with liquidity and market price risks Identification, measurement and analysis of the essential risks using the control software VR-Control Further development of risk management systems including Validation of results and adequacy of procedures Participation in the creation of supervisory reports and risk reporting according to MaRisk Establishment and maintenance of a meaningful management report for management and executives Support for overall banking planning, forecasts, scenario analyses as well as income, risk, cost and capital-oriented overall banking control Participation in the analysis of balance sheet, GuV, business segments and profit centers as well as deriving sound recommendations Support and impetus for management and departments in business and risk policy issues and cooperation with auditors and external service providers Your perspective – the next step in career You are directly involved in challenging themes of the overall bank control. You work closely with a very experienced colleague whose role you grow in the medium term. You get real freedom of design and responsibility – not at some point, but step by step from the beginning. We support you with tailor-made trainings (e.g. bank control, risk management, regulators, BI/reporting, possibly study/certificate programs).

That's what you bring A classic bank training is not absolutely necessary. Your analytical view and your desire for further development are crucial. Ideally, you have: A completed study (e.g. BWL, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mathematics/Statistics) or a comparable qualification (e.g. commercial training with relevant additional qualification, professional experience in controlling) Joy of numbers, analyses and structured work Interest in business relations and management of companies Good knowledge in Excel; Experience with VR-Control programs is advantageous An independent, reliable way of working and the desire to take responsibility Communication strength and team spirit – you can prepare and explain your results to the user If you come from the controlling of another industry and want to work into the world of banking control, we will support you in a targeted manner.
