The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutions to the buildings of customs, federal police, Bundeswehr or the Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW).
