Then shape the future of our App Factory with us. As Head of Department (m/w/d), you take the technical and disciplinary responsibility for a cluster with several development teams. Together with your team management, you are responsible for designing and implementing the strategic goals and optimizing our apps. Help us implement our visions together with your team!

You guide your cluster's team lines professionally and disciplinaryly and continuously develop them as executives. You are responsible for the resource and budget planning of your area of responsibility. You promote a culture of trust, self-responsibility and psychological security and support your leaders in the constructive solution of conflicts. You convey an inspiring vision and make sure that it is understood and lived by the teams. You work closely with department management, department management, and team management and provide professional expectation management. You are taxing cross-departmental cooperation and keeping dependencies at any time. You will test market and technology trends and give impetus to the strategic development of our App Factory.

You have leadership experience from executives or larger teams and know the area of mobile development. You have a completed technical study with business knowledge or an economic study & relevant professional experience in the technical field. You bring experience in resource and budget planning as well as project and portfolio management. You think strategically, identify relationships and keep track of complex dependencies. You have strong communication skills and can inspire and motivate employees. You understand leadership as a coaching task and promote the personal and professional development of your executives and employees. You meet decisions in demanding situations responsibly and bindingly. You have the ability to establish control models and key payment systems that will drive transparency, efficiency and sustainable business results. Ideally, you bring experience from the banking or financial services environment and know the special requirements of a regulated industry.
