In our team, numerous applications are supported, which are either own developments, but also standard products from the market. As part of the team, both the implementation of application-specific activities belong to your tasks, as well as the planning and technical preparation up to the implementation of roll-out activities of the productive software or of further developments of those. As Subject Matter Expert*in (w/m/d), you are responsible for implementing the technical process in the system and support / develop business-specific requirements and regulations. Together with the respective service responsible for the application, you test IT systems and IT components (e.g. after development and after maintenance work) and maintain IT service management and thus end users in problems (2nd level application support for software and hardware problems). As part of the activities you are responsible, you work with service ticketing tools such as Cherwell or Jira or Confluence.

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable training as well as professional experience in the care and responsibility of IT applications Experience in project management in the context of IT solution development and in the development and definition of requirements from the field including process management Experience in projects & activities in the SAP environment is beneficial Very good knowledge in the field of user support Good knowledge of MS Office products and ideally first experiences with Jira & Confluence In addition to very good knowledge of German, good English skills in word and writing are absolutely necessary
