They accompany our customers in the context of consulting and testing management systems in the governance environment (risk management, compliance, internal control systems and internal audit) They advise our customers in implementing processual and system-side requirements of governance systems (IKS, RMS, CMS and internal audit) In addition, you support our customers in the preparation of risk analysis, the planning and implementation of control actions, as well as the internal audit and in the field of sustainability/ESG issues Together with our specialists, you are working on the ongoing development (adjustments to new regulatory requirements and/or the implementation of customer requests) of an integrated governance approach to actively support the management of your care obligations and the monitoring bodies in the growing monitoring obligations. They design, plan and conduct independently acquisition talks and develop the Integrated Governance business segment together with our specialists You independently control projects and coordinate the delivery of services, and you are responsible for the professional development of colleagues in the daily business

Economics/legal or technical studies or comparable qualifications Ideally experience from auditing and/or governance advice or with operational experience from an industrial company Very good knowledge of structures and processes as well as good knowledge of the relevant governance systems, including compliance, risk management, internal control system, internal audit, sustainability reporting/ESG topics and related topics. Good knowledge of the implementation and application of the relevant regulatory governance requirements (including the IDW standards and the DIIR) or Interest in obtaining a certification for the CIA or for the Internal Revisor DIIR or comparable qualifications CISA, CRMA etc. Experience in project management, good knowledge of the MS Office package, ideally knowledge of WINlDEA and MS Dynamics Navision We expect a pronounced analytical method and data-technical understanding Reliability, self-initiative and resilience with safe occurrence and team capacity They bring together a customer-oriented personality and have the pleasure of further expanding customer relationships and unlocking new business relationships
