At the Fulda University of Applied Sciences, the department of Planning and Controlling is at the closest possible time

COMMUNICATION

to occupy a 50% position for the period of maternity protection and any subsequent parental period of an employee (probably up to 31.01.2029). If necessary, an increase in working time of up to 75% (30 hours per week) is possible.

Your main tasks:

› Operational Controlling (including CO annual accounts, requests and evaluations for demand providers)

› Creation of annual cost-benefit calculation

› Participation in the budgeting of the university (in particular cost planning)

› Accounting of Budgets and Implementation of Internal Cost and Revenue Bookings in the SAP module CO

› Master Data Care in SAP

› Working in the ERP project to switch to SAP S4/HANA

› Participation in the determination of the supplement for the EU separation calculation (full cost calculation) based on the existing nationwide concept

Your profile:

› Successfully completed university studies with a focus on economics

(Bachelor or equivalent)

› Very good knowledge of methods and tools used in controlling

› Self-employed, structured and thorough working

› Including professional experience

› Desirable: knowledge in the SAP R/3 system (module CO) or S4/HAN
