They are responsive for the field service for customer visits and requests and support the sales colleagues in the daily business The preparation of customer visits and presentations as well as general administrative activities in the sales area are ensured by you You process customer enquiries, including offerings, order processing and after-sales service They conduct market and industry analyses and create statistical analyses You maintain and update our data in SAP (ERP) and CRM systems

You have completed professional training, ideally with further education, e.g. as a sales assistant (m/w/d) They have been able to gain well-founded professional experience in technical sales, bring a technical understanding and the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible manner Ideally, you have experiences in dealing with SAP (ERP) as well as desirable knowledge in CRM systems and are safe in handling the current MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Your independent working, organizational talent and a safe occurrence complete your profile
