Barkeeper (m/f/d)

We are looking for a friendly and efficient staff who prepares our guests unforgettable experiences while preparing delicious drinks in a fast-paced environment. Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and serve them, including classic and own cocktails. Provide exceptional customer service, ensure the satisfaction of guests and build a relationship with regular guests. Make a clean and organised bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations Use POS systems and unwind cash transactions correctly Manage the bar inventory, including the ordering of stocks and carrying out inventory checks Work with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth food and beverage service Keep up to date on current beverage trends and suggest new supplements for the menu Ensure compliance with local alcohol laws and regulations Support the training of new staff

Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar function in the hospitality industry Expertise about Mixology techniques and the ability to create a wide range of cocktails Excellent understanding of beer, wine and spirits, including the combination of food and beverages Excellent skills in dealing with customers and a friendly and professional appearance Controlling cash and operation of POS systems Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while preserving attention to detail Knowledge of inventory management and inventory control procedures Confidence with local alcohol laws and regulations High School degree or equivalent degree required Barkeeper certification preferred Food safety certificate required flowing mastery of English and German; Other languages are a plus Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays in the evening as required Physical stamina to stand for longer time and raise up to 25 pounds
