Responsibility for the technical operation and maintenance of five properties Close cooperation and coordination with the object manager as well as interface between customers, service providers and the internal team Coordination, control and monitoring of the technical performance on site Participation in maintenance, testing and acceptances as required Recording, tracking and documentation of defects and ensuring compliance with warranty claims Organisation and management of measures in the event of accidents or complex technical disturbances Technical advice of the client and the user in case of questions regarding the operation, maintenance and optimization of building technology

Complete technical studies, e.g. in electrical engineering, supply engineering, technical building equipment (TGA) or facility management alternative: completion as a master or state-tested technician in the technical field Multiannual professional experience in technical building management or in a comparable function desirable Self-employed, structured working and a high level of responsibility and customer orientation Embossed communication and organizational capability Class B driving licence
