Ventomaxx has been a medium-sized company for individual solutions in ventilation technology since 2004. At our site in Landshut we develop, plan and manufacture tailored decentralized ventilation systems with 50 colleagues and implement them in demanding construction and renovation projects in the DACH region.

We don't want Mitdenker and no Mitdenker. Ideas and suggestions for improvement are always happy to be seen and appreciated. This is the only way we can develop and withdraw from the market.

In the case of an operating purchase, you make sure that everything goes round – from the demand determination via the order to the timely delivery. This is about more than just processes: Your use keeps the processes moving and ensures that materials are reliable and efficient for our production.

Own-responsible handling of the entire procurement process – from demand determination to order Monitoring of delivery dates, order confirmations and stocks Support in cost and price management as well as implementation of offer comparisons Building and maintenance of long-term, trusted supplier relationships Participation in the planning and optimization of material and logistics processes Examination of contracts and implementation of legal requirements Documentation and maintenance of all relevant purchasing data in the ERP system

Organizational talent, structured working and pleasure in optimizing processes – this is what distinguishes you. With your experience in purchasing, you make sure that processes work smoothly and that the team works efficiently.

Completed commercial training with multi-year experience in operational purchasing Funded knowledge in the procurement process, in order processing and in cost and price management Experience in supplier management and negotiation of contracts Basic understanding of material management and logistics processes Very good communication skills and safe expression in word and writing (at least German knowledge at level C1) Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office
