Staff Content Research & Creation (m/f/d)

You make sure that we pull out the valuable from the flood of information – and transform it into content that we can work with. You will discover webinars, websites, articles, studies and books from our thematic area and keep the most important content clearly structured. You will create concise summaries with core messages, examples and derivatives for our target group (SMEs). You create specific work templates (key points, script-outline, posting variants, hook ideas) from research results and incorporate them into our tools so that designers/video production/team can work directly with it. You structure and care for our existing content (webinars, blog texts, notes, internal documents) in a clear knowledge and content database. You develop your own content suggestions: blog articles ideas, landing page structures, e-book concepts, webinar links, e-mail series, FAQs etc. You support the preparation of presentations, webinars and lectures by structuring content, selecting examples and submitting meaningful sequences. You use AI tools to arrange content faster, create variants and test ideas – but always keeps content control. You work closely with the management and our emerging marketing area and bring your own ideas about how we can use our knowledge even better.

We need you for about 20 hours a week, distributed over several days a week – with the willingness to be 1–2 half days a week in the Dorsten office. You already have several years of experience in an area where you have worked with texts, content and research – e.g. editorial staff, content marketing, communication, advice or studies with a strong share of writing and analysis. You read quickly, can file content critically and differentiate the really important points of filling material. You can compile complex content in a comprehensible way – without falsifying it. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing and are absolutely sure in spelling and grammar. You like to shape and precise – from stitch points to shaped text blocks. You work very structured: folders, tags, meaningful storage and unique names are of course for you. You are safe to use computer, internet and office tools (e.g. Google Docs, Notion). Experience in the sensible use of AI tools for research, structuring and first text designs is a plus. You can work independently and set priorities. You are interested in topics such as teamwork, digitalization in SMEs, processes, leadership – or are willing to work on you intensively. Formal training is secondary. More importantly, you can show that you can really capture, sort and prepare content – work samples are welcome.

You can work predominantly in the home office and come to the office in Dorsten for votes and joint work 1–2 half days a week. You get modern work tools (e.g. laptop, screen, etc.) so you can work in a concentrated and efficient way. You have free spaces in time division – the place can be very well agreed with family and private projects. You work directly with the management and the resulting marketing area and can help shape structures from the start. You work in a small, direct team where you can rely on each other. You will get a fair salary in parttime and 30 days holiday per year (partially part-time). You will receive an unlimited employment contract and a long-term perspective. .
