Supporting the Internal Channels team in the field of Corporate Brand, Communications & Public Affairs with a focus on training and enablement of the Content Creator Community

Creating content in the collaboration portal and supporting the content creator community

Conception, creation and implementation of target group-specific, multilingual training formats for the content creator community as well as users of the employee portal (e.g. web-based trainings, online events, multimedia knowledge articles)

Participation in life-cycle management of existing training materials: analysis, identification of optimization potentials, derivation and implementation of measures

Supporting the Global Content Creator Community (First-Level Support)

Creation of dashboards for reporting purposes to regularly evaluate existing training and consulting formats

Current studies in the field of media, communication or economics, user experience, economic education, psychology or related fields

Proactive, reliable and independent operation

Team skills and joy in communication and organization

High interest in digital media / channels

Good writing skills to convey complex technical content clearly and understandably

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
