As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) now and in full time in Bonn. The recruiting team at BWI consists of 15 employees who recruit specialists from a wide variety of fields at the Bonn, Munich and Berlin locations for the more than 40 locations of the company in Germany and are responsible for the complete end-to-end recruiting process both conceptually and in implementation. The team is in close cooperation with the other personnel departments and especially the executives of the various departments.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the recruiting team as well as further development of recruiters and the department focusing on quality, innovation and efficiency Strategic planning and operational control of the entire high-volume process Implementation and development of KPIs, data analysis and reporting to control the recruiting performance Continuous improvement of recruitment processes to efficiently attract qualified candidates Drive the automation, digitization and standardization of existing human resources recovery processes Ensuring a positive Candidate Experience to win the best possible talents and bind to the company in the long term Establishing best practices in talent relationship management, candidate experience and active sourcing Planning and management of the Recruiting budget as well as responsibility to use it efficiently and effectively Responsibility for the development of personal marketing and employer branding in cooperation with the communications and marketing department Selection and control of external personnel service providers and the development of a powerful partner network Monitoring relevant trends and transfer in innovative and sustainable recruiting measures

Successfully completed studies of business administration, psychology or a comparable discipline At least 10 years of professional experience in in-house recruiting as well as several years of experience in managing an in-house recruiting team, ideally in a large IT company, an IT service provider or from a comparable industry Experience in building and rebuilding recruiting teams and structures Proven experience in the holistic approach and implementation of personnel selection and procurement (operative, strategic, data-based and human-centric) Funded knowledge in controlling recruiting processes, active sourcing and interview and personnel selection methods Deep understanding of modern recruitment strategies and tools, ideally also experience in the introduction and use of SAP Sucess Factors Excellent communication skills at eye level - both in the team and with the top management, cooperation partners and service providers Ability to develop employees and employee motivation as well as conflict resolution competence Proven capacity to develop and implement long-term objectives Hands-on-Mentality and Proactivity, Implementation Strength in Sustainable Change Processes Analytical thinking and data affinity German language skills in word and writing
