Personnel Policy Officer with a focus on IT Works Agreements (m/w/d) part-time

The Human Resources Policy department proactively takes over the (further) development of personal policy instruments, which are based on the personal and corporate strategy. This includes, among other things, the design and negotiation of operating agreements and the monitoring of collective bargaining. We work in close coordination with the HR Manager and Labour Director and are communication interfaces for employee representation, trade unions and employers' associations. This place is to be occupied in part-time with a weekly working time of 20 hours.

Preparation and implementation of negotiations on operating arrangements, focusing on IT systems Accompanying digitalization topics and projects in the context of IT participation, including employee data protection / GDPR derivation and development of target group-specific concepts and measures from the personnel strategy Development of innovative and demand-oriented personal policy frameworks Contact personin for management, executives and P-internal departments in basic personal policy issues as well as questions of collective labour law and collective bargaining issues Contact personin for the respective employee representatives

Successfully completed legal studies with the main focus on labour and social law or Study of economic law, (economic) informatics or business administration with a focus on personnel Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of collective labour law as well as experience in the preparation and negotiation of regulations for participation in IT systems, ideally in companies with group structure incl. Project work Strong professional interest in contemporary themes of everyday work such as AI applications and requirements for a modern IT infrastructure Experience in the trustful handling of workers' bodies with safe, binding occurrence Targeted communication ''at eye level' over different groups of employees within the group High quality awareness, routined self-organisation and pronounced analytical skills
