(Senior) Accountant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full time in Heidelberg (Senior) Accountant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

You have the will and willingness to work quickly into new topics and really understand the logic behind numbers – especially where the main book, secondary books and pre-systems come together.

Financial Specialist: You are significantly involved in the creation of monthly and annual accounts of several companies according to IFRS and HGB and can manage the financial accounting system safely. You're thinking holistically: from bookings and movement data in the collection software to wage and asset accounting to bank transactions. You are responsible for clean tuning, transparent traceability and a correct illustration of all business incidents in the main book. Interface Moderator: You control cooperation between receivable and financial accounting, controlling, operating areas as well as internal and external stakeholders, examiners and consultants. Risks are recognized early, analysing causes structured and clear and understand complex relationships.

Accountant with body and soul: Preferably, you have completed an economic study or completed a commercial training and already gained practical experience in accounting a medium-sized service company. With your background as a financial and/or balance sheet holder, you can answer and optimise professional and conceptual processes – with passion! Data affinity: With desire and self-employment, you quickly gained a deep understanding of the system and data landscape in accounting. You are able to find answers to complex questions with your team and can communicate them structured in German and English. This is how you build trust in your own team and throughout the company! Management Partners: With your over and over vision, you will see hurdles before You occur, find solutions with your team members and help bring the company to the right track.
