Service Technician - Building Technology / Nurse Call Systems (m/f/d)

You take over the independent maintenance, inspection and repair of lighting systems and communication systems directly from our customers on site. You analyze and troubleshoot disturbances both by remote maintenance and direct service use to ensure system availability. You are responsible for the commissioning and configuration of new plant components and ensure smooth integration into the existing infrastructure. You carry out software updates as well as system extensions on their own and keep the systems of our customers up to date. You can document your work without any problems and provide advice to our customers as a competent technical contact.

You have completed training as an electronic:in, electrical:in, IT system electronics:in or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in technical service, ideally in the field of security, communication or building technology. Knowledge in network technology is advantageous, but no prerequisite. You work structured, independent and are characterized by a high customer and service orientation. You have a class B driver's license and the willingness to service missions across Germany. For professional customer support, you can communicate safely in German (at least C1 level).
