Shift Supervisor Production - Personnel Management / Manufacturing (m/f/d)

You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your up to 30-member layer team, promote individual development and create a motivating working environment through daily stand-ups and regular feedback. You control and organize the production processes of your layer and ensure high product quality and efficiency by monitoring relevant key figures. In close cooperation with the quality management and CVP team, you identify optimization potentials and drive the continuous improvement of the processes. You work closely with the maintenance to ensure the maximum availability of machines and equipment and to reduce disorders proactively. You are responsible for consistent compliance with all relevant safety, quality and hygiene standards in your area of responsibility.

You have a completed training in an industrial company and brings at least 5 years of professional experience, of which at least 3 years in the leadership of operational teams. With your positive and communicative way, you can motivate your team and inspire them for common goals. You work in a solution-oriented manner, you like to pack yourself up and are safe to use common IT applications. The work in the 3-layer system is self-evident for you and fits well into your everyday life. You communicate fluently in German (C1 level) in word and writing.
