Technician Construction Supervision (m/w/d)

Active cooperation in road construction projects with a focus on building monitoring, control and billing of entertainment and repair measures as well as equipment work on motorways (e.g. protection facilities, signs and marking) Monitoring and documentation on site Quality assurance through control of contractual requirements, technical regulations and applicable standards Examination of material deliveries and compensation of shipping documents Creation and regular review of dimensions and accounting bases of construction measures with contractors Assessment and coordination of follow-ups with regard to causes, materials, etc. (e.g. planning changes, unforeseen events) as well as technical support in follow-up negotiations Participation in the decrease of construction services, incl. Monitoring the corrective action Auditing and processing of relevant data for the road database
