Educator (f) - Mother-Child Residential Group

We give children and their mothers a home at the Albersdorf site and strengthen the mothers with an early and comprehensive help and accompaniment.

To support our dedicated team, we are looking for a full-time educator (w)**.

Due to the pedagogical concept and the special requirements of the place in the mother-child institution as well as for parity reasons of the team composition, which provides for the pedagogical concept in the mother-child institution, the female gender is indispensable for the occupation of this position.

Your tasks

Support: With a holistic view and taking into account the protection of children, you support and support the stabilization of the emotional and social ties between mother and child in a sensitive manner.

*Perspective: *By creating a reliable daily structure, you support the awareness of domestic issues and accompany the development of important competences in everyday life as well as in individual and group offerings: from self-employment and self-help to school and professional perspectives.

Sustainability: With planning security and agreements, you will find your balance in shiftwork.

Your profile

Qualifications: You have a completed training as an educator (Heilerziehungspflegerin, Heilpädagogin, o. cf.), have ideally already gained professional experience in the mother-child area and has MS-Office knowledge.

Engagement:You dare to master challenging situations safely and in a solution-oriented manner and approach your tasks with commitment and expertise. In doing so, you desire social space and resource oriented.

Team spirit: You are part of a motivated team that strengthens each other and collaborates at eye level. With openness and willingness to reflect, you will be able to take steps, supervisions and conceptual processes.
