Management, coordination and monitoring of project construction sites (focus of industrial and power plant pipeline construction, special construction technology or steel construction) Responsibility for maintaining progress planning, efficiency and quality Ensuring the proper execution of the construction projects according to legal regulations and project/process specifications technical contact for the customer Staff classification and management Ensuring material availability Responsibility for compliance with work safety, regulatory and cleanliness regulations Implementation of construction bills and their controlling as well as processing and forwarding of all relevant documents (construction day report, project documents, delivery notes etc.) daily communication with project management, supermonitors and customers Participation in internal and external project meetings

technical training as technician, master/technical technician in the field of machine, plant and pipeline construction or comparable training relevant professional experience ideally in a leading function good technical understanding for the safe handling of construction and production drawings, pipeline plans, flow pictures etc. independent and solution-oriented work Enforcement and organisational skills Communication and team skills Welding knowledge WIG/MAG as well as knowledge of ISO standard Driving licence Class B and readiness to mount good German skills
