In the process management team, I can work directly to record and optimize strategic and operational processes that contribute to the digital transformation of the system management. In this context, I have the opportunity to continuously develop my know-how on process management in cooperation with specialists. My tasks:

Analysis and documentation of existing and new processes: inclusion, description and optimization of operational and strategic processes in close cooperation with product/project team, IT development and specialist areas. Stakeholder management: coordination with internal and external contact persons to understand process requirements and to create a common understanding. Identification of Improvement Potentials: Continuous Analysis of Process Data for Identification of Quality Improvements Together with Stakeholders. Support for implementation: support for the implementation of new or modified processes – from conception to introduction, including communication measures. Introduction and use of suitable process management methods and tools (e.g. BPMN 2.0) as well as implementation of quality standards and best practices – as part of the process management community and the chapter team. Ensuring process compliance: monitoring compliance with defined processes and support in establishing standards and guidelines. Implementation of workshops and subsequent preparation of results.

completed studies in the field of Business Informatics/Informatics, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Energy Economics or Engineering – or a comparable qualification through long-term professional experience and/or acquired equivalent knowledge, Funded and multiannual knowledge in modelling, analysis and optimization of business processes - ideally using common methods (e.g. BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma), expressed analytical skills, problem solving and structured work to systematically capture, structure and prioritize processes, German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
