Overall responsibility for several day care facilities Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the facilities Full control of all personnel processes as well as technical assistance of operations Operational control and optimization of the facilities and ensuring compliance with the operating permit Budget-responsibility as well as control of personnel use and child occupancy Ensuring the quality-assured implementation of the pedagogical and religious pedagogical concept Ensuring compliance and further development of quality management Cooperation and networking work in the team, with internal interfaces, bodies and external institutions Further development of the entire area of day facilities in coordination with the management and the departmental management
