Product Specialist Municipal Technology (m/f/d)

Technical interface: You are the central contact person between customer service, construction and quality management and enters the local technology product group from a technical perspective Product competence: You ensure the sustainable knowledge transfer on product-specific topics within our customer service and are a specialist contact person. Technical solution development: Together with our design, you develop practical solutions for complex technical issues. Technical documentation: You first and provide training documents, repair instructions and other technical documentation. Customer support: During the season, you support our product service managers with the technical support of our customers and sales partners. Training: You design and conduct technical product training in German and English for internal and external target groups.

Education: You have completed master training as a land and construction machine mechatronic (m/w/d) or a completed study in the field of agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable subject. Expertise: You have well-founded knowledge in the field of municipal or agricultural engineering and ideally have experience with appropriate machines and devices. Communication strength: You can use technical content in a comprehensible manner and perform in training as well as in exchange with customers and colleagues. Working: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. Precise formulation and analytical thinking are your strengths. Service orientation: You convince with a high customer orientation, flexibility and loadability – even in seasonal peak times. Language skills: You have good English skills in word and writing. Further foreign language skills, for example French, are advantageous. readiness to travel: You bring the willingness to national and international business trips as well as regular business trips to our production site in Forbach (France).
