With external sales of around 12.24 billion euros and around 76,000 employees (including self-employed retailers and nearly 3,400 trainees), the EDEKA Minden-Hannover is the largest sales of a total of seven regional companies in the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. You want to achieve entrepreneurial goals and take responsibility for your team. A completed training in the retail trade (e.g. a merchant or a merchant in the retail trade) as well as a completed training (e.g. a trade specialist or a trade specialist). You understand how to think and act economically, have analytical understanding and bring organizational talent. You communicate transparently, lead with empathy and make independent decisions.
