You analyze market, customer, and competitive impulses, and make concrete approaches to the further development of our business model, including new offers, partner structures and digital revenue potentials You develop new digital leasing products and services end-to-end – from the idea to the technical concept to the implementation – and optimise existing offers together with all relevant areas of expertise You are driving strategic development projects around products, processes and business models, answering roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives to bring innovations into implementation in a structured and quality-proof manner. You continuously test market trends, technologies and customer needs in service bike leasing and guide clear action recommendations and business cases for business development from your analyses You build a strong internal and external network, coordinate relevant stakeholders and ensure transparency about progress, risks and necessary measures through regular reporting to management

You bring 3 – 5 years of experience in business development, digital product management or in a comparable strategic environment – ideally in mobility, leasing, SaaS or other digital business models You have well-founded knowledge in the development of digital products, business models and processes and are safe in project and request management You can analyze, evaluate and translate complex facts into clear technical concepts or business cases You perform confidently, communicate clearly and target-group-oriented and work effectively with internal departments, external partners:inside and management You work independently, proactively and solution-oriented and are able to steer projects in a targeted manner and prepare decisions well prepared
