You have a completed study or comparable training with relevant additional qualification in the HR field You bring several years of experience in recruiting senior, specialized or international roles, ideally in an international corporate context You use Active Sourcing safely and strategically – also on international candidate markets You advise Hiring Manager and control selection processes at eye level You develop search strategies structured and consistently implement them You communicate clearly, convincingly and confidently You work safely in German and English. Additional language skills are welcome You use AI tools or modern sourcing-based technologies in recruiting Ideally, you have experience actively strengthening your personal brand, such as LinkedIn or specialist communities Experiences in cooperation with Executive-Search partners are desirable
