Group Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Lead Compliance Function: You lead and advance the group compliance team, ensuring effective collaboration and a consistent framework across all entities. Compliance Management System: You design, implementation, and continuous improvement the group-wide compliance management system, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Investigations and Whistleblowing: You oversee the whistleblower hotline and lead internal and external investigations related to potential violations. Regulatory Oversight: You perform compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Policies and Training: You develop and maintain compliance policies as well as the code of conduct and deliver training programs to strengthen compliance awareness across the organization. Advisory and Reporting: You advise management on compliance-related matters and ensure accurate group-wide compliance and human rights reporting.

Education: A full degree in law ideally combined with relevant professional experience in compliance or a related function. Regulatory Expertise: Sound knowledge of key compliance areas such as anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, anti-trust law, CSRD, and supply chain due diligence (e.g., LKSG). Analytical Skills: Strong skills with a structured and pragmatic approach to complex regulatory issues. Project Background: Track reckord in managing projects, ideally in an international or crossfunctional environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with IT systems, internal controls, or accounting systems is an advantage. Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
