Software Architecture: You design and evaluate modern software architectures for mobile and backend systems. For technical coordination, you work closely with the lead developers and act as an interface between the individual team works. Customer workshops: You are actively conducting and moderating workshops with our customers to identify needs and define requirements. Requirements Engineering: You analyze, specify and validate the identified requirements of our customers:in cooperation with stakeholders and development teams. You will also be able to combine conflicting requirements of different stakeholders and work out compromises to find a consistent and acceptable solution. Quality/risk management: You carry out feasibility checks and technical breakthroughs for risk mitigation and document them according to acr24. Communication: You will succeed in breaking down and clearly reflecting complex facts on a simple and understandable form to focus on easily understandable and comprehensible solutions. Knowledge transfer: You share your know-how through training, lectures and publications and promote the exchange of knowledge in the team.

Backend technology knowledge: You have several years of experience in the development with at least one backend technology to be able to perform sound technical planning and discussions with the lead developers. Expertise in mobile platforms: Ideally, you have sound knowledge and multi-year experience in developing iOS and Android apps. Cloud Native: You have first experience in cloud native technologies and best practices to design scalable and efficient systems. Communication capability: You are able to convey complex technical content clearly and convincingly and effectively communicate with customers at different levels. At the same time, you are always customer-oriented and have the ability to translate customer requests into customized technical solutions. Conflict resolution: The challenge of effectively solving conflicts within the team and with stakeholders, while maintaining a productive working environment, you master without difficulty. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate effectively.
