You identify qualified candidates in professional networks to build our talent pipeline. You enter our external talent pools and develop our communication concept for the target group. You support the entire Recruiting Life Cycle, including applicant management. You are going on conceptual questions about current recruiting topics and employer branding. You actively participate in our social media strategy to increase our employer brand.

You can ideally start from June, July or August 2025 and want to complete the internship for at least five months. You are at least in the third semester of a relevant degree program and ideally have first experience in recruiting or HR through internships. You are well structuring your tasks, enjoy taking responsibility and interested in recruiting and/or employer branding. You are characterized by high customer orientation and reliability and are happy to work safely and successfully with MS Office.
