Contact person (m/w/d) for our employees on all questions relating to pay accounting and time management Continuous management and maintenance of personnel master files in the time management, payment accounting and personnel information system, unless You are maintained by employees themselves Preparation and implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting Creation of notifications and certificates Correspondence with external service providers, authorities and health insurance companies Social benefits, e.g. travel costs and childcare allowances Creation of reports and statistics General personal administrative activities If you are interested in taking project tasks outside the actual payroll spectrum

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable study At least three years of professional experience in the field of payroll accounting with DATEV Experiences with a time economy system and with the calculation of surcharges Current knowledge of labour, wage and social security law Good knowledge in MS Office (especially Word and Excel) Very good German knowledge of Word and Writing (C1) A structured, conscientious and independent way of working Fun on teamwork, good communication skills and service orientation Hands-on mentality
