As a project manager for the Radio Network Deployment, you are responsible for the implementation of the planning and construction of mobile radio stations in the West region (NRW as well as parts of Lower Saxony and Hessen) for Vodafone GmbH. As a (Junior) project manager, you tax our partners and general contractors, as well as neighbouring departments and make sure that our construction measures are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner. You check the design and execution planning of our general contractors from mobile radio stations on Guideline Conformity (also with regard to the material used) and make sure that the connection of the locations is implemented in time. You are responsible for ordering materials and their timely delivery to external partners. You are testing operational processes for improvement potential, working actively on process optimization and continuously thinking about how to increase the efficiency of these processes, in particular by using automation and AI tools. You ensure transparent communication and work closely with various internal and external interfaces.

What distinguishes you: A successfully completed (specialised) university study in the fields of business management or technology or a technical training. At least 2 years of professional project management experience. Comprehensive knowledge in the field of telecommunications technology (Mobile/Fixed) as well as the construction/conversion of TK systems and TK-RAN infrastructure. First project management experience and proven training related to PM methods (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, etc.) and associated soft skills (e.g. Time & Task Management) Strong communicative skills and negotiation skills. Current knowledge of German and English in word and writing (B2 to GER). Driving license class B.

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
