Your tasks: • Examination and invoice of customer orders and internal group orders • Monitoring of customer overdue payments and the issue of payment reminders • Proactive communication with customers to request outstanding amounts in time • Solution of credit problems through contact with corporate customers and other departments • Ordinary storage of documents • Collect and negotiate payment terms for overdue accounts

Your qualifications: • 2 to 4 years of professional experience required in accounting and/or collection • Language required: English and German • Knowledge of SAP • Enforced, but also tactical in appearance • Ability to concise and precise communication • determination and endurance are assumed • Team player: Active communication with colleagues as well as consulting others in business matters and problems
