We are looking for a trainee (m/w/d) at the Hamburg location on September 1, 2025.

Start your training as an industrial businessman (m/w/d) with us – with a special focus on external services! During your training, you will explore the exciting business day of our company and experience various departments close to the skin. In the first two years, you'll run departments like Trade Strategy, Key Account Management (KAM), Sales & Trade Operations and Marketing. In the last half year of your training, the focus is on external service. Here you will work directly with our customers and gain valuable experience in sales. The school part of the training takes place as a block instruction in the vocational school.

You have Abitur or a good to very good completion of the Middle Ages, Higher Trade School or a comparable school degree (the duration of training is 2.5 to 3 years depending on the degree). You speak other languages such as English, Turkish or Arabic? Super – they are a real plus! You want to be on the go and meet new people and places. You have a strong interest in sales. You are trying to actively shape the common future in a challenging industry. You like working on the team. You are self-confident, analytically talented and have fun in complex tasks. You are committed, efficient and have innovative ideas. You own a class B license.

You will get a wide range of insights into various areas of an international consumer goods manufacturer. You expect responsible tasks and exciting projects in a challenging industry. In line with your leadership, you can work up to 50% of your working time per quarter. 30 days holiday a year as well as additional work-free days on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve – supplemented by the possibility to use sliding days flexibly.
